1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Plus222 website located at plus222.best ("the Platform"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and Plus222.

3Account Registration

5Bonuses and Promotions

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Plus222 — including Bingo, Color Game, Card Games, Virtual Sports, and sports betting on Boxing and MMA — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live-format draws. Outcomes are generated independently and cannot be influenced by Plus222, by the player, or by any third party.

By playing any game on Plus222, you accept the specific rules applicable to that game as displayed on the game page. In the event of any discrepancy between a game result displayed on-screen and the server-side records, the server-side records will be treated as final and definitive.

Technical issues: If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure on the platform's side, Plus222 will use all available information to resolve the round in the fairest manner possible. Bets placed on rounds that cannot be completed due to platform failure will be refunded in full to your wallet.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Plus222 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or offensive communications directed at Plus222 staff or other players.

8Account Suspension and Closure

Plus222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC checks within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own written request for voluntary self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion or regulatory requirements, any verified real-money balance (excluding pending bonus amounts) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to applicable processing times.

You may also request voluntary closure of your Plus222 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests typically take one to two business days to process. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits Plus222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Plus222 encourages players to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through live chat or email communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory body.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English-language version of these terms and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
